1 mocha

50 grams of chickpeas

2 medium sized potatoes

1 tablespoon of ginger paste

2 bay leaves Amount of whole white cumin

1 dry chili

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of ghee

3 tbsp mustard oil

- : COOKING INSTRUCTIONS :-

Grind the mocha finely. After that, boil the mocha well with a little salt and turmeric in the pan and take it out. After that, after discarding the water, the mocha should be crushed very well. After that chickpeas should be boiled with salt. Cut the potatoes very finely. After that add mustard oil, bay leaves, white cumin seeds and dry chillies in the pan. Then add potatoes. Add ginger if the potatoes are fried red. Then grind well with salt, turmeric, cumin powder. Then it should be given with mocha. Then chickpeas should be given. Stir well and reduce the flame to medium. In this way, keep the mocha potato and chickpeas on a medium flame and stir occasionally. After that spread garam masala, sugar, ghee on top and serve vegetarian mocha ghant.
